We want to change the narratives behind bodies and movement and offer resources that can help with injury management and prevention, as well as conditioning for peak performance. We understand that your body is your livelihood, and that the demands the industry places on one’s instrument are high, and can leave you feeling vulnerable with little resources for long term solutions.
We are dedicated to continuing our education to provide evidence based information, drawing from current movement science, and seeking guidance and influence from other health care professionals.
Finances should not be a barrier for accessing care for injury management, we believe in providing resources that you can access from anywhere in the world, and at a cost that is affordable or on a sliding scale.
We are committed to fostering partnerships in the arts community and beyond with like minded professionals and companies who strive to uplift artists around with globe.
Join us for a five week workshop series where we go in depth on neuro movement strategies that go beyond the average strength and conditioning exercises. When we can let the brain dictate the body, we can create long lasting changes that integrate into our every life, sport, and performance.
This series is an excellent progression from physio exercises, or injury maintenance, or for anyone who is navigating chronic pain. We have a special guest Physiotherapist hosting a lecture and Q&A as well in our final week.
